The Future of Social Security:
Social Security's Current Financial Position - How We Got Here & What Might Be Its Future

Dr. Peter Diamond, Nobel Laureate in Economics in 2010, first advised Congress on Social Security in 1974 and has followed developments ever since. He will discuss the history of social security and the problems it currently faces. He will also discuss the politics of social security and possible solutions, including ideas being followed in some other countries. Finally, he will share some other gems from his life in the Q&A with USF's Professor Ludwig Chincarini.

This is a CFA Society San Francisco member-only event.
