Macro Outlook: Picking Up The Pieces

In partnership with State Street Global Markets

Even as markets have enjoyed a rapid recovery from their March lows in the face of unprecedented policy responses, uncertainty over both the economic impact of the Covid-19 crisis and what it means for markets going forward remains extremely high. Using State Street’s unique proprietary indicators Lee Ferridge will give his latest views on both the economic outlook and markets for the coming weeks and month, and what he believes the new normal will look like for investors.

Lee Ferridge, Sr. Managing Director & Head of North America's Multi-Asset Strategy, State Street Global Markets

Lee Ferridge is a Senior Managing Director and the North American head of Multi-Asset Strategy for State Street Global Markets. Mr. Ferridge and his team formulate foreign exchange, fixed income and equity market views for State Street’s range of clients using unique proprietary flow indicators. Originally from the UK, he is now based permanently in Boston.  Lee joined State Street in February 2008 and in addition to more than 15 years of experience as a macro strategist; he has also worked as a proprietary trader.
