"The 50 Commandments of Commercial Real Estate Investment"

The CFA Society of San Francisco is pleased to welcome Joseph J. Ori, Executive Managing Director, Paramount Capital Corporation, for a luncheon presentation on September 3, 2015 for a discussion of Mr. Ori’s new book, “The 50 Commandments of Commercial Real Estate Investment.” Mr. Ori’s book is a compendium of important and somewhat comical directives and commandments on all facets of the industry that he has learned during 35 years in the CRE industry. These commandments should be learned by every commercial real estate practitioner from the young, new broker to the cagey industry veteran. The book covers all areas of CRE including, finance, investments, acquisitions, development, management, capital markets, underwriting and all property types.

At the end of the presentation there will be a business card drawing for five free books for attendees.
