About our Speakers:


Ajay Agrawal, Chief Operating Officer, Envestnet Retirement Solutions


Mr. Agrawal has eighteen years of experience in the financial services industry and currently oversees operations for Envestnet Retirement Solutions (ERS).  ERS provides fiduciary services and a practice platform for advisors in the retirement space.  Agrawal joined Envestnet in 2002 and led the development of the Envestnet advisory practice platform for institutional clients.  Before joining Envestnet, he worked at DE Shaw & Co where he oversaw the group for management of data on financial instruments which fed the quantitative trading algorithms. Prior to that, Agrawal was with AT&T Bell Labs where he led the development of network monitoring/management systems based on artificial intelligence techniques.

Caroline O’Mahony, Vice President of Growth, Addepar

Caroline leads the Growth team, focusing on more deeply understanding and relating to our clients’ needs, enhancing client and industry engagement, and more effectively driving business growth for Addepar. She oversees the Content, Market Research, Marketing, and Partnerships teams.

Caroline holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a BA in Biology from Princeton University.

About our Moderator: 


Erin Kincheloe, Practice Management Consultant, Junxure

Armed with a degree in Psychology, Erin began her career in financial services in 1985With 25+ years in the financial services industry, Erin has worked with numerous business models, from the wire house and Broker Dealer to the Independent RIA.  Regardless of the venue, she believes that operational excellence is the key to success in this business.  She also believes that the effective use of technology is the key to operational excellence.

In her role as a firm principal and as the former head of Junxure’s Consulting and Training Team, Erin has helped 100’s of firms, unleash the power of Junxure and reap the benefits of this powerful tool. Through her consulting practice she helps to uncover new efficiencies, create systems and craft effective workflow, all the while encouraging firms to embrace the changes and recognize the opportunities that technology implementation can bring.

 Erin has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from University of San Francisco. She is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
