CFA Society San Francisco is pleased to announce our first Financial Compensation Survey in partnership with several CFA Societies across the nation. The 2018 Financial Compensation Survey will provide a unique comparison of salaries, job satisfaction, motivational factors, and other industry trends in the financial and investment sectors.

Members of CFA Society San Francisco, as well as industry professionals throughout the region, are being invited to participate in this highly beneficial market assessment. The survey is fully anonymous, with no identifiable data gathered. The questions have been crafted to minimize response time, while still providing meaningful insights across our industry.

We’re asking your help to not only participate in the survey but to expand exposure of the survey and increase the number of qualified responses. Below, you will find a draft message we’d like you to customize and share with your organization and colleagues. Your visible support substantially increases both the credibility and success of this important undertaking.

If you have any questions or feedback, please contact the Society at 415-814-7905.

*** Draft Email for Employees and Colleagues ***

CFA Society San Francisco created a Financial Compensation Survey to help financial professionals, like you, uncover the range of compensation both locally and nationwide. The data from this research will provide a unique comparison of salaries, job satisfaction, motivational factors, and other industry trends in the financial and investment sectors.

This brief survey is fully anonymous, and no identifiable data is gathered. In addition to the Bay Area, financial and investment professionals in more than 20 other markets nationwide will also be participating in this survey. As a result, localized compensation levels and pay structure, as well as aggregate-level data of your peers across the nation, will be gathered.

Thank you for joining me in participating in the 2018 Financial Compensation Survey.

Sincerely,
