Thomas F. Brown is the Managing Director with Oak Hill Advisors. He serves as the primary trader focused on high yield and distressed bonds, equities, and other asset classes. Mr. Brown previously worked in the areas of investor relations and new business development at OHA. He earned a B.A., cum laude, from Middlebury College.
Managing Director, Portfolio Manager - Diversified, Clarion Partners
Brent Jenkins, equity owner and Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager for the Clarion Partners Real Estate Income Fund (CPREX). His primary responsibilities include assisting with portfolio construction and performance, oversight of acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management, and investor communications.
Mr. Jenkins joined Clarion in 2023 with 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, including over 20 years focused on real estate investment across a broad range of strategies. His background includes core aspects of portfolio management, including subordinate debt and equity joint venture investment structuring, as well as the purchase, sale, development, operations, and financing of commercial real estate across all major asset classes. As an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), he sits on ULI’s Residential Neighborhood Development Product Council.
Mr. Jenkins earned his Bachelor's in Economics at UC San Diego and his M.B.A. in Finance at Rutgers University.

Managing Director, Vista Equity Partners
John Stalder joined Vista Equity Partners in 2011 and sits on the Vista Flagship Funds’ Investment Committee.
Mr. Stalder currently sits on the boards of Cloud Software Group, Gainsight, Infoblox, Pipedrive, Salesloft and Smartsheet (formerly NYSE: SMAR). He was also actively involved with the firm’s investments in Accruent, Apptio, Aptean, Datto (formerly NYSE: MSP), Greenway Health, Marketo, MRI Software and Sunquest Information Systems.
Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Stalder worked at Pagemill Partners, where he did investment banking. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration, Concentration in Finance, University of Colorado, with high distinction.

Throughout her career, Brenda Vingiello has doggedly analyzed the global macroeconomic environment, as well as individual companies and industries, to understand how these elements influence the performance of financial markets. After many years as an equity analyst for large institutional asset managers, she was passionate about bringing this expertise to bear helping individuals. It’s this commitment that drives her work for Sand Hill clients every day.
As Chief Investment Officer, Ms. Vingiello manages Sand Hill's in-house team of investment professionals as well as the investment process and allocation. In every area of her work, her background as a researcher and analyst enables her to take a step back and make decisions objectively. She extends this valuable skill to our clients by helping them understand how we think about their portfolio and make decisions based on data rather than emotions. She specializes in asset allocation, financial strategizing, and modeling, and enjoys being able to help clients achieve their financial goals while simplifying their lives at the same time.
In addition to her role as CIO, Ms. Vingiello serves as the chair of the Sand Hill Investment Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee, a small team charged with setting the firm’s long-term strategic course, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
