Alternative Investment Strategist, Goldman Sachs
Juliana Hadas is an Alternatives Investment Strategist in the Client Solutions Group in Asset & Wealth Management, responsible for private markets portfolio solutions and thought leadership. She first joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division and rejoined the firm in 2020.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms Hadas held a number of roles at Neuberger Berman, most recently as co-head of the Investment Strategy Group, advising high net worth, endowment, and foundation clients on customized portfolio strategy, and, prior to that, as director of investment risk focused on private equity.
Ms. Hadas graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from The Wharton School and an MBA (with Distinction) from Harvard Business School. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Director of Model Portfolio Specialist, VanEck
Charlie Jonas is a Director of Model Portfolio Specialist on VanEck’s Business Development team. He is responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with financial advisors, wealth managers, TAMPs, and institutional investors across the US. Leveraging his extensive background in portfolio construction and investment strategy, Mr. Jonas provides actionable insights and tailored solutions to help clients navigate evolving market dynamics and meet investor objectives.
Prior to joining VanEck in 2025, Mr. Jonas spent 13 years at Invesco and OppenheimerFunds. He was most recently a Vice President and Model Consultant at Invesco and previously served as a Regional Advisor Consultant at OppenheimerFunds.
Mr. Jonas earned a BA in Philosophy, Politics, & Law from Binghamton University. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation and a Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets from the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals.

SVP/Head of US Portfolio Management, Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions
Berkeley Belknap is a senior vice president and the head of US Advisory Portfolio Management for Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions.
In this role, Ms. Belknap leads portfolio management for all US asset allocation portfolios for model platforms, target risk mutual funds, target date funds, 529 programs and insurance platform portfolios. Additionally, she is Co-Chair of the FTIS Portfolio Review Committee and serves on the FTIS Policy Portfolio Positioning Group, the FTIS APAC Investment Committee, and the FTIS Private Markets/Alternatives Investment Committee. She previously held in several roles within Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions. In addition to being a portfolio manager for the US and LATAM asset allocation portfolios, she has managed the APAC portfolio management team and process, the manager research team, and the portfolio analysis team. Prior to her portfolio management roles, she served as a senior client portfolio manager responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining multi-asset investment solutions for institutional clients in the US and LATAM.
Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Ms. Belknap spent 11 years at Boston-based Windward Investment Management (Windhaven Investment Management after being acquired by Charles Schwab), which designs global asset allocation ETF portfolios by using both tactical and strategic allocations with a combination of quantitative and qualitative tools. She was a member of the investment committee and a portfolio strategist. She opened the firm’s San Francisco office and helped grow the client base in the western U.S. She also led the integration of the firm with Schwab on the west coast.
Previously, Ms. Belknap worked at both Fairview Capital as a partner and portfolio manager and at Trainer, Wortham as a portfolio manager and research analyst, managing equity portfolios for separate accounts. She began her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in the global debt group within debt capital markets and with the options trading team within foreign exchange.
Ms. Belknap holds a bachelor of arts degree in history from Yale University. She also holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Keith Parker provides investment consulting to guide advisors through building portfolios on the AssetMark platform, including selecting the right investment managers and providing objective risk-based analysis, research, and insights.
Keith has over 25 years’ experience and joined AssetMark in 2022. Prior to joining AssetMark, Keith spent 8 years as a Senior Investment Analyst at the Wells Fargo Investment Institute, 5 years as a Senior Fund Analyst/Product Specialist for HighMark Capital Management, and 3 years as a Senior Analyst for the Schwab Center for Financial Research.
Keith holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
