Jeffrey Abrams is Senior Vice President of Permanent Placement in the Financial Services Group at Robert Half. Robert Half's Financial Services Group in San Francisco is one of the four core Financial Services groups in the nation and consistently ranks number one year over year.
Mr. Abrams started his career in public accounting with Burr, Pilger, Mayer in their Assurance Practice. During this time, he enjoyed the steep learning curve of being a public auditor and the significant exposure to complex accounting and financial challenges that their clients faced. After gaining invaluable experience auditing various financial services clients, Mr. Abrams decided to pivot his career and become a direct hire recruiter within Financial Services at one of the world’s premiere recruiting agencies, Robert Half International.
He has been ranked as one of the top 10 Finance & Accounting recruiters globally for Robert Half annually since 2023. Mr. Abrams holds a BS in Accounting from Sonoma State University.

Asset Allocator, Portfolio Research
Carolyn Margiotti is an experienced financial services professional with over twenty-five years of industry experience and a successful track record managing across investment, strategic and operational functions.
Most recently, Ms. Margiotti was a senior member of the Portfolio Research team at Boston Partners Global Investors. She also served as a voting member for the firm’s Governance Committee setting Proxy Voting Policy and overseeing ESG and other significant items. She has been a Managing Director, Relationship Management, managing a number of the firm’s key relationships including corporations, public plans, foundations and endowments.
Prior to Boston Partners, Ms. Margiotti was the Assistant Chief Investment Officer for PG&E Corporation where she managed over $12 billion in pension, 401(k) and taxable trust assets. She has deep knowledge across asset classes and was responsible for strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction and investment manager due diligence. Ms. Margiotti has been an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco and an instructor for the CFA review program. Ms. Margiotti holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Computer Science from Purdue University and an M.B.A. degree from the McLaren School of Business at the University of San Francisco.

Monica Menniti is a Recruiting Associate at Apollo Global Management within the Human Capital organization, covering Client & Product Solutions with a primary focus on Global Wealth. Before joining Apollo in 2024, she built her recruiting expertise at Morgan Stanley, sourcing top talent across Fixed Income, Global Capital Markets, and Investment Banking.
