Asst. Treasurer, Head of Trading & Investment, Google
Hui-Chien Chang joined Google in 2008 and has over 20 years of treasury and investment experience. She is presently the Assistant Treasurer, Head of Trading and Investments, responsible for Alphabet’s over +$100 bn investment portfolio, all global liquidity management strategies, and FX and commodity hedging program. Her broader experience includes Capital Markets, Cash Management, Capital Structure, Risk Management, 401k retirement plan, and Treasury Systems transformation. Hui-Chien has built and developed diverse teams in the US and Europe, represents Alphabet with external portfolio managers, bankers and custodians and regularly presents to the Audit Committee. She is a highly engaged leader in mentoring junior women in Alphabet and supporting programs to attract and retain women in technology.
Trustee, San Jose Police & Fire Retirement Plan
Gretchen Flicker brings 25 years of financial services expertise, including nearly 21 years at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where she served as a senior institutional investment executive. Throughout her career, Ms. Flicker has led business development initiatives, managed key client relationships, established new business lines, and developed customized investment strategies and vehicles. She began her career with positions at Hewitt Investment Group and SEI Corporation. In 2019, Ms. Flicker transitioned from full- time financial services to focus on family and philanthropic leadership.
Ms. Flicker is a passionate advocate for governance and community impact. She currently serves as a Trustee for the San Jose Police & Fire Retirement System and as Director and Board Secretary for Rock the Street, Wall Street, an organization empowering young women through financial literacy. Her previous board service includes an 11-year tenure on the Saint Mary's College Board of Trustees (2011–2022), where she served as Treasurer, Vice Chair, and ultimately Board Chair. She also served as Director and Board Secretary for The Friends of Avila Pier.
Ms. Flicker holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and International Business, an additional MBA from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and a BA in Mathematics and Business Administration from Saint Mary's College (IN).

Portfolio Manager, Capital Group
Roz Hongsaranagon is an equity portfolio manager at Capital Group. She has 23 years of investment industry experience, all with Capital Group. Earlier in her career at Capital, as an equity investment analyst, she covered ASEAN as a small- and mid-cap generalist. Roz began her career at Capital as a participant in The Associates Program, a two-year series of work assignments in various areas of the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and economic from Brown University graduating magna cum laude. Roz is based in San Francisco.

Cinthia Murphy is the Director of Research at VettaFi, specializing in ETFs. Prior to joining the firm, Cinthia was Head of Research at Tidal Financial Group, following over a decade at ETF.com, where she was a lead financial journalist and editor covering the ETF market. Cinthia's career also includes time at the Chicago Board of Trade, where she covered commodities futures markets from the trading floor, as well as time covering the Brazilian equity market.
