Volunteer to participate in an exclusive in-person Pilot Program introducing VoCalmi Fi — a new science-based system of Composed Performance™ designed for finance professionals who operate in high-pressure environments.

This 90-minute interactive session — led by Kal Ghayur, CFA — explores a critical but often overlooked driver of professional performance: composure — the ability to access clarity, control, and sound judgment in high-stakes moments. While technical skill is essential, consistent performance under pressure depends on how effectively professionals regulate their internal state.

As part of this pilot, participants will experience the VoCalmi Fi system firsthand and provide feedback to help refine the program for broader use within the finance profession. Attendees will enjoy refreshments while experiencing the full architecture of the VoCalmi Fi system.

What to Expect as a Participant

This pilot session is designed to be interactive, practical, and feedback-driven. Participants are asked to make a small but meaningful time commitment to support the evaluation of the VoCalmi Fi experience.

As a participant, you will:

  • Review a brief pre-session background document (approximately 10–15 minutes)
  • Participate actively in the 90-minute in-person session
  • Provide short post-session feedback to help evaluate clarity, relevance, and real-world applicability (approximately 15–30 minutes)

Your input will directly inform how VoCalmi Fi is refined and scaled for use across the finance profession.

Benefits of Participation

In recognition of this time and contribution, VoCalmi Fi will offer all pilot participants a Complimentary Lifetime Subscription to:

  • All current VoCalmi products and services
  • All future VoCalmi programs and platform enhancements

This subscription is provided as a thank-you for your participation and feedback, and is not tied to any obligation beyond the pilot.
