Jennie Chen is a Managing Director at X1 Asset Management LLC, a firm specializing in algorithmic trading strategies in the foreign exchange (Forex) market.
At X1, Ms. Chen plays a key role in operations management. Prior to joining X1, she was a management consultant at PwC, advising clients across the technology, financial, and healthcare sectors.
Ms. Chen holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University, is a CFA charterholder, and holds a Series 65 license. Ms. Chen is an active member of CFA Society San Francisco and serves on the Society’s Member Programming Advisory Council.

Managing Director, Global Head of E-Trading, Research and Market Structure, BlackRock
Hubert De Jesus, Managing Director, is Global Head of E-Trading, Research, and Market Structure within BlackRock's Markets organization. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's electronic trading initiatives, adapting trading solutions for market structure changes, and conducting execution research across all asset classes. Mr. De Jesus is a member of the Advisory Committee for the CTA/CQ, UTP, and Limit-Up/Limit-Down National Market System Plans.
Mr. De Jesus's service with the firm dates back to 2003, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. De Jesus managed a team of traders responsible for equity and FX execution for the Index and Scientific Active Equity businesses. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. De Jesus worked at Long Term Capital Management (later JWM Partners) as a strategist focused on fixed income relative value trading and developing risk management and trading tools and at Goldman Sachs as a programmer analyst.
Mr. De Jesus earned a BS degree in economics and a BS degree in engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania, in 1993.

Vice President, Municipal Bond Sales and Trading, Morgan Stanley
Tony DeLateur works at Morgan Stanley's San Francisco municipal bond sales and trading desk, assisting financial advisors around the country in bond portfolio construction, credit analysis, and trading.
He began his career in 2011 with Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management division, spending 10 years as a financial advisor before transitioning to the role in capital markets. Mr. DeLateur holds a bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University and a MFA from Old Dominion University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is an active member of the of the CFA Society San Francisco Member Programming Advisory Council.

Ryan Verlin serves as the Head of Exchanges Ecosystem, Capital Markets at Google Cloud, leading sales and go-to-market strategy. He oversees the business responsible for partnering with the world’s exchanges, data providers, and participants to modernize and collectively maximize market access, participation, and efficiency. Integral to his role is the modernization of legacy capital markets infrastructure and processes by extending the scalable, AI-driven capabilities of the cloud. This encompasses both latency-sensitive and non-latency-sensitive infrastructure across trading, AI inference, model training, market data distribution, security, risk, and analytics.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services and fintech industries to Google Cloud, Ryan began his career as a foundational member of TMC Bonds, a startup, all-to-all electronic market for OTC fixed income securities. Intercontinental Exchange acquired TMC Bonds in 2017.
Prior to joining Google Cloud, he served in a global role within FactSet’s Analytics & Trading Solutions business. While at FactSet, Ryan specialized in multi-asset class investment solutions that leverage market data, analytics, and cutting-edge trading technology. Before joining FactSet, Ryan was a Vice President of Trading at Lazard Asset Management where he traded both taxable and tax-exempt fixed income securities.
As a former market practitioner, Ryan is passionate about the role advanced cloud and AI technologies will play in modernizing existing market infrastructure to create new markets, drive greater efficiencies, and generate enhanced insights. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and is a CFA charterholder.
